When making an online booking you will have to input a valid credit card to confirm your appointment – this card will only be charged for no shows or appointments cancelled within the cancellation period.  Payment will be made at your appointment either using this credit card or cash.

We understand that schedules do change, however, we ask that you give us 7 days notice by calling or texting 0414 362 961 if you need to alter or cancel your appointment.

Cancellation within 7 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee and cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment or no shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Arriving late for your appointment may unfortunately reduce the time of your treatment. If you are running late please phone us so that we can do our best to accommodate you.


Shipping policy
We make every effort to dispatch online orders within 1-2 days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: AUD $15 (approximately 3-6 business days)

Express Shipping: AUD $20 (approximately 1-3 business days)

International Shipping: Is possible upon email request, however, individual country import duties will be the purchaser’s responsibility.


Please note, delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday and Fridays. Delivery and processing times may be longer than normal during peak periods such as Christmas or Easter. Please allow extra time for delivery during these peak times.


If you received a product that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, we do offer a refund or replacement if you contact us, via email, within 7 days of your order being delivered, any claim after this period may not be accepted.

Unfortunately due to health and hygiene guidelines we are unable to provide you with a return, refund or an exchange, if there is no fault with the product.
